My room was nicely furnished thanks to the accommodating staff. I loved the exceptional service. The hotel's location was amazing and perfect, so close to the center of Yunomine onsen town, Yunomine Onsen and Hongu and the famous onsen. I tried some drinks at bar The Lord High Admiral, located 5 minutes walk away.
It was all superb.

The kaiseki dinner at Ryokan Adumaya was absolutely phenomenal, a true highlight of my trip. Even though I hadn't initially booked dinner, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. The traditional tatami mat rooms were comfortable, with the added convenience of an en-suite western-style toilet. The shared baths were wonderful, especially the mineral-rich onsen sourced from Yunomine hot spring. I loved having the option to relax in the separate men and women's sides or the two private family tubs. The ryokan's location across the street from Tsuboyu Onsen and the public cooking onsen was also a plus, adding to the overall charm and historic feel of the onsen town. The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent, and my husband and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located right in the center of Yunomine onsen town, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing the world heritage onsen. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, showing great attention to detail and making us feel welcomed. The rooms, with their little balconies facing the mountains, were cozy and provided a traditional experience with comfortable mattresses. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.
The pillow could have been more comfortable, but everything else was fantastic.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The onsen facilities were top-notch and we enjoyed the convenience of having a bus stop right outside the hotel. Additionally, being able to easily change into kimono at the hotel and walk to the nearby onsen was a unique and enjoyable experience.
On the downside, some parts of the hotel seemed to be in need of renovation. The walls, floor, and fixtures appeared worn and could use some refreshing.
